IS 86 is a new construction, 4-story elementary, steel frame building in Staten Island. The exterior will primarily be rainscreen with stud backup. The school will have a new lobby, cafeteria, kitchen, gymnatorium, specialized classrooms, admin suite, nurse’s office, and classrooms. The work also requires mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work as shown on the contract documents. DACK’s scheduling services include preliminary and detailed scheduling, CPM scheduling and monthly progress updates.
