The renovation of the Lincoln Fountain Park involved demolition of the fountain, while salvaging the existing granite block edgings and the asphalt pavers. The reconstruction involved dismantling of the existing pediments to ship to a mold fabricator for duplication. Work also involved providing a new gunite pool, new landscaping, and new pump house. DACK provided cost estimating services. Bids came in within 1% of DACK’s estimate.
