On Thursday, July 21st, The Overture at Brookfield Commons celebrated its grand opening. The ribbon cutting ceremony took place at 141 S. Lexington Avenue, White Plains, NY. DACK had the pleasure of providing MWBE/Section 3 outreach and compliance services for the redevelopment of Brookfield Commons.

The redevelopment of Brookfield Commons is a 9-story, 129 unit mixed-income multi-family building, many of the units will be 2 and 3-bedroom units to accommodate families. The new building will accommodate all existing families as well as provide an additional 39 new units. The development also features outdoor landscaping and seating areas, a floor tenant lounge and outdoor terrace located on the 9th floor, bike storage room, fitness room, children’s playroom, a laundry room on each floor, and in-unit amenities such as dishwashers and microwaves in each unit.
