Valley Cottage Fire District “VCFD” project consists of the construction of a new firehouse facility with all new services, site developments, training pad, parking lot, and demolition of the existing fire house building. The project will be located on the existing/current property of the Valley Cottage Fire District. This Wick’s law project requires careful coordination and consist of 5 primes (GC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sprinkler). The facility will remain operational until the new firehouse is completed.
