A 420-key extended stay hotel with 35 apartments on the top five floors. This 335,800 SF concrete building housed 9,210 SF of retail space, 17,470 SF of parking area (73 parking spaces), and 41,550 SF of lobby, meeting rooms, restaurant and back-of-house space on the first four levels. The building is supported on piles and reused the foundation walls of the existing buildings that were demolished.
