Owner’s Representative for the renovation of an apartment complex featuring 518 apartments in 13 different buildings. Work includes exterior roofing and facade restoration, and interior kitchen and bathroom unit renovations. Tenants remain in place throughout construction making phasing a necessary part of this project.
