The Harlem Greenway Link, a seven-acre waterfront parcel between 125th and 132nd Streets in East Harlem, will create new parkland for a historically underserved and flood-prone district of Manhattan. The Harlem Greenway Link transforms this previously inaccessible site into an ecological and recreational resource. DACK provides estimating services for the project.
