Performed a physical needs assessment on six (6) residential buildings. Work involved performing inspections of existing conditions on each building, determining the immediate capital expense requirements and the expected life of the current building systems and components. Helped identify the most urgent projects that should be addressed
and those that can be addressed over a span of 15 years. Provide a cost estimate for the required and regulatory repairs.
