This project entails the construction of an eighteen-story hotel building comprising 223 hotel keys and hotel/condo guestrooms. The building features a first-floor restaurant and retail space, second floor meeting rooms and spa/fitness facilities, seventeenth-floor hospitality and assembly areas, and a rooftop pool and bar area.
