New Design-Build residential hall consisting of approximately 300 new beds in a junior suite configuration. Student common area and residence advisor/counselor accommodations will also be available inside of the building. The Project will be built on approximately 4 acres of land on the campus of SUNY Purchase. DACK will act as owner’s representative on behalf of SUNY Purchase. Construction should finish in May 2019, with occupancy beginning in August 2019.
