NYHS’s museum houses an irreplaceable collection in a landmark building that is more than 100 years old. Construction included a new entrance foyer, lobby and specialized display areas throughout 3 floors. The existing single-level Auditorium was gutted and recreated into a new state-of-the-art theater complete with a new Mezzanine Seating Level. The upgrading of the existing building interiors, mechanical systems and exterior requires the skills of contracting professionals who have experience with the unique conditions of providing capital improvement to an operating museum. DACK provided Change Order Analysis services.
