New construction of a 400,000SF building consisting of two towers connected through a common base. Tower 1 consists of 197 hotel rooms. Tower 2 consists of 108 condominiums. At the base, there is a full commercial kitchen, a parking structure, a ballroom, pool, spa, fitness facility and screening room. Located on top is a rooftop terrace. Worked closely with the construction manager to provide efficient scheduling services.
