Effectively managed the construction of three floors of Delta’s passenger gates at John F. Kennedy Airport, ensuring adherence to Delta Airlines’ specifications. The successful completion of this project aims to enhance the overall customer experience for Delta at JFK airport. Notably, the 3-story expansion involved the addition of 11 new gates to the existing Terminal 4, which remained operational throughout the construction.
