Mr. Farias has over 25 years of construction management experience in institutional and infrastructure projects where he has been responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of construction projects to meet time and cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding and contract administration functions. Mr. Farias possesses expert level knowledge of all projects plans, specifications, owner’s contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, daily correspondence, shop drawings, submittals and all other project related documents.
