IS 86 is a new construction, 4-story elementary, steel frame building in Staten Island. The exterior will primarily be rainscreen with stud backup. The school will have a new lobby, cafeteria, kitchen, gymnatorium, specialized classrooms, admin suite, nurse’s office, and classrooms. The work also requires mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work as shown on the contract documents.
