Located at the US 209 bridge over the Sandburg Creek, this stretch of the lower Fantine Kill left catastrophic flood damage to over 50 homes during Hurricane Irene and Tropical Storm Lee. The project consists of identifying, designing and improving the 1,500 foot earthen berm levee/freeboard flood wall system along the Fantine Kill. DACK provides estimating services.
